Hi, I'm Marimo (she/her), an L&D and enablement strategist / consultant specializing in emerging tech, including AI, and scaling startups.
I translate products and ideas into practical, accessible learning programs that drive business goals.

Japan born. Boston raised. NYC based.

SERVICES

I'm a startup Swiss Army knife with a knack for creating order out of chaos. My strength is my versatile ability to quickly develop deep domain knowledge so that I can create learning experiences that actually stick: How-to guides, playbooks, live trainings, eLearning, onboarding programs...
whatever format gets the job done for the audience.
