AI Enablement for Entire Org

2025

Nintex (globally distributed Agentic AI SaaS company)

When Nintex repositioned its product as an agentic AI business orchestration platform, the entire organization needed to get up to speed — fast. Employees across every function were expected to both adopt AI into their own work and speak credibly about agentic AI to customers and partners, all at a moment when the industry was moving quickly and "AI" had become an overwhelming buzzword for many.

What I did

Working collaboratively with the Head of IT Operations and subject matter experts across the organization, I designed a suite of AI learning resources from the ground up. The centerpiece was a beginner-friendly "Intro to AI" eLearning course that could be completed in under 15 minutes. It covered AI terminology, how large language models work (using an accessible walkthrough analogy), real-world AI examples, data privacy and security considerations, and practical prompt engineering tips. To meet employees where they were, I built two additional self-guided learning pathways: one for using Microsoft Copilot Chat to boost productivity across any role, and one for employees ready to go deeper into advanced AI concepts. The goal was to make AI feel approachable and immediately actionable, not intimidating.

Impact

At a time when many employees felt behind on AI, this curriculum gave the entire organization a shared foundation and a clear starting point. Employees left with a working understanding of what AI is, how it functions, and, most critically, how to use it responsibly and effectively in their day-to-day work. The initiative positioned Nintex's workforce to confidently represent the company's agentic AI product externally, bridging the gap between a major product pivot and the people expected to carry it forward.
